What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Free Shipping  is offered  thru USPS First Class letter mail for domestic orders only for stickers, bookmarks, & sticker sheet orders. These orders are sent in stamped envelopes.

We also offer standard and expedited shipping options through both USPS or UPS. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does a custom order take?

The timeline for custom orders varies based on the complexity of the request and our current workload. We will provide an estimated timeline when you receive your quote.

How much do custom orders cost?

Is a deposit required for custom orders?

Yes, a deposit is required to begin to work on your custom order. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Minor changes can be made within 48 hours of placing the order. For significant changes, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

What is your revision policy?

Each custom order includes up to two revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
